The Council was created by the Maryland General Assembly in 2015 and is charged with reviewing the state’s cyber readiness and developing a comprehensive plan to respond to and recover from attacks.
Her research involves combining probabilistic graphical modeling and deep learning to design models that are expressive and powerful enough to capture meaningful representations of high-dimensional structured data.
