Aleksander Lasek

Aleksander Lasek is a postdoctoral scholar at the University of Maryland Institute for Advanced Computer Studies (UMIACS) working with Nicole Yunger-Halpern. His research primarily focuses on quantum thermodynamics, but he is also interested in quantum computing, information theory and numerical simulations. Lasek developed a GPU-accelerated quantum simulator during his doctoral studies.
