Wall Street Journal's “Mining Tweets for Public Opinion” quoted Ben Shneiderman and Philip Resnik.

Shneiderman has developed techniques for analyzing social media, such as the NodeXL Graph Gallery. Resnik, who is now lead scientist for social-media analysis firm Converseon Inc, was also featured on another WSJ article about Twitter.
