Cognitive Based Image Retrieval

ABSTRACT

An approach is presented and demonstrated through a demo on an image database. The method provides for indexing and retrieval of images by Visual Object-Process Diagrams based on the image high level cognitive content. The advantages and shortcomings of this approach with respect to existing content-based image retrieval are discussed.
