Arranging meetings with me

Arranging meetings with me

My calendar is a bit of a hodge-podge of meetings at different locations (since I have offices both in Linguistics and at UMIACS), remote discussions (via Skype and Google Hangout), and phone calls. I was an early adopter and tester of x.ai, but unfortunately the complexity of my multiple locations turned out to be too much of an obstacle. Until I figure out some alternative form of technological assistance, my recommendation is that if you'd like to meet with me, you use the email template below; in particular, having two or three days/times would be helpful.

To: resnik@umd.edu
Subject: Meeting about <TOPIC>

Hi! I'd like to meet with you to talk about <WHAT THE MEETING IS ABOUT>.

Some days and time windows I can meet, in order of preference, are:
  • <DATE>, between <START TIME> and <END TIME>
  • <DATE>, between <START TIME> and <END TIME>
  • <DATE>, between <START TIME> and <END TIME>
I'd prefer to meet in person if possible. / Meeting remotely is fine: my contact info is <Skype name> <Google hangouts contact> <Phone numberr> Thanks, <NAME>

Windows of availability

These are not guaranteed, and the locations aren't definite, but in general they're the first, best bets.
