Registration fee

$425 after October 7th or at the registration desk.
Registration fee includes all breakfasts, lunches, breaks,
the reception and one copy of the proceedings. Your Registration
will not be final until the $425 registration fee has been
received. If you prefer to provide payment by check or provide
payment information over the phone or by fax, please submit the
electronic form anyway, and contact us with any
questions.
