All of you are aware that we have experienced contractual 'challenges' that forced the postponment of the 6-month workshop to June. With the help of the University of Maryland, we were able to reschedule and relocate this workshop. This is the same location where the Final Phase 1 VACE Workshop was held.
The VACE workshop include all breakfasts, lunches and breaks for 3 days. There is a workshop dinner on the first night that you should register separatly on the registration form. The cost for the 3 days registration is $375, with an additional $35 for the dinner at the 94th Aerosquadron.
NOTE: There is also a home Orioles game against the Yankees on Thursday night, so we may organize an informal trip there as well. (Cancelled due to a lack of initial interest) - Individuals can obtain tickets at www.theorioles.com

This will be used to submit copies of slides to sponsors prior to the event. There are no formal proceedings or review process, but this software makes it easy to share content.
- There will be several copies of a CDROM available for direct laptop download at the conference.
This hotel is centrally located to all 3 airports in the Baltimore/Washington area, although from a traffic standpoint we would recommend using BWI, all other things being equal.
